摘要：隨著我國社會主義市場經濟步伐的加快和城市化程序的日益推進，各大中型企業施工工程的招標投標制度也在趨於完善。尤其在加入wto以來，對我國經濟建設提出了更高的要求，各個施工工程的招標與投標應該嚴格建立在公平、公開、公正的基礎之上，在相對穩定的市場環境中，運用工程量清單計價的形式，加快我國的現代化建設，逐步提高中國在國家市場競爭中的地位。
本文就工程量清單計價的特徵、革新的作用以及當前我國施工工程招標投標過程中存在的各種問題，進行了深入**。
